Please let it go.
Let it go.
The pain. The hurt. The hate.
Let it go.
Let the tears come freely.
Let the guilt run out the door.
Let your lip quiver.
Let it go as you let in,
Love.
Wash your face fresh with those tears.
Those tears are love
Tenderly kissing you over and over.
She cradles your soul gently
She knows how fragile you are
While oh so strong.
Let it go, the tears, let them flow.
Those tears are love
Tenderly assuring you
Everything you feared
Is really not so.
You are loved.
You are enough.
Let go the notion,
You are not.
Let go and let in,
This preciousness,
Love.

John, I agree-it’s our opportunity to write!! I’ve been challenged by a mentor this week to get writing my book/s. I have a great lot of energy inside, including a huge amount of anxiety mixed with excitement. I feel like I’m standing at the edge of a cliff, and it’s time to jump(aka write.) It’s like the universe is telling us: Now! 🙂 Happy writing! Cheers to taking hold of new adventures in the midst of difficult times.
